MASHING / BOILING

One of the stages of brewing in All Grain is called mashing which is a very important step in the production process of beer. In essence it is to mix in grain milled malt with warm water in such a way that within the grain enzymes transform the starch into sugars. Before this stage, only 15-20% of the malt is soluble, thanks to mashing arrive at a rate of 65-80%. This step is important in it the brewer gives beer its body property, structure, alcohol, foam, etc. Pinta offers various equipment such as mashing kits where you can perform this stage of brewing, cookers, filters in cotton muslin or stainless steel for the infusion of hops in the wort (dry-hopping), bag filters and accessories for sparging.
