Characteristics This caramel-copper-colored malt gives a rich taste and aroma to amber and dark amber-type ales.
Compared to other traditional colored malts, Château Crystal® has more diastasic power and makes it a bitter sweetness to beer.
All the beers claim a strong malt flavor. Belgian wings and German bocks.
Up to 20% of the mixture.
For best results, we recommend using all the ground products no later than 3 months and all whole wheat products within 24 months of production date. The malt stored in an induced way, can lose their freshness and their aroma.
