The peculiarity of Pauls CaraMalt is that the last phase of the roasting process is continued at lower temperatures. The result is a lighter colored malt, higher in extract and humidity.
Ideal for beers where sweetness is less important but color improvement and a "dry" flavor are required.
Perfect as a special malt to replace Crystal in Pale Ale or Amber Ale
