Quickgel – Rapid fining agent for turbid wines
Quickgel is a highly effective and fast fining agent, ideal for clearing very turbid wines in a short time, preparing them for subsequent filtration or racking. Thanks to its balanced formula of activated bentonite, food-grade pork gelatin, and egg albumin, Quickgel ensures bright and smoother wines with compact, low-volume deposits.
Perfect for wines with turbidity from 50 to 150 NTU, Quickgel reduces nephelometric values to 1-2 NTU after treatment. The fining agent exploits the synergistic flocculation of its components to effectively remove high concentrations of protective colloids and suspended solids.
Recommended for young wines, freshly fermented wines, wines with lees, base sparkling wines, and musts, Quickgel is the best solution for achieving rapid and lasting clarification.

Dosage
From 50 to 150 g/hl depending on the type of wine to be treated.
Instructions for use
Dissolve the Quickgel dose in 10 parts cold water; immediately add the suspension to the must or wine by pumping over, optionally using a Venturi tube.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat.
