Grain malt  Muntons LIGHT CHOCOLATE English

Malt with more honeyed and bitter hues compared to Cara Malt,

with cereals and biscuit tones.  Muntons Chocolat Malt is prepared using a low-modifying Pilsen malt with a rotary drum roasting process. As a result of this toasting from the beautiful colorescuro and the enzymes are completely disrupted. Chocolate malt is used in dark Ales and Stout to improve color and

flavor.
