Triskel Hop Pellets – Elegant and Fruity Aroma
Developed in France in 2006, Triskel hop pellets are the result of a cross between the French hop Strisselspalt and the English variety Yeoman. Compared to its French parent, Triskel offers a more pronounced aroma, making it ideal for late additions or dry hopping.
Highly valued for Belgian-style or lighter beers, Triskel delivers an elegant combination of fruity, floral, and subtle citrus notes, adding complexity and refinement to the beer’s bouquet.
Triskel, along with Bouclier and Aramis, is among the first officially registered varieties from the Alsace breeding program, designed to increase the alpha acid content of Strisselspalt while preserving its prized aromatic profile.
