30 gr hop EAST KENT GOLDING aa 5.4 (60min)

20 gr hop CELEIA aa 4.5 (10 min)

10 gr hop CELEIA aa 4.5 (5min)

15 gr cilantro (5min)



Yeast WLP590 or M29 Franch Saison

IBU 28

Alcohol: about 5 degrees

Priming: 5 gr / lt

For extract + grains, replace Pilsner with 3 kg of Light liquid extract and 500gr of light dry extract
