This yeast strain is very clean, making the base alcohol perfect for infusing with botanicals and thus making gin. The nutrient is specifically optimized for reliable, high-quality fermentation, and the included enzyme is particularly suitable when using unrefined sugar substrates.

Instructions: Let it brew between 12-28 ° C (54-82 ° F) of room temperature. The colder fermentation will give a cleaner taste.
