Nottingham British Ale yeast is a highly versatile offering excellent performance in a wide range of styles brewers. The Nottingham strain was selected for the high flocculation characteristics and properties of relatively complete attenuation. It's a neutral yeast, which allows the full development of the hops and malt flavors thanks to low concentrations of esters and fruity aromas.
