Ss BREWTECH
How to use the Ss Brewtech drums and how to assemble it?
The SS Brewtech Keg WaSsher offers the homebrewer a convenient way to clean the classic Cornelius barrels (Corny or other similar variants).
To operate, simply remove the keg cover, tilt and insert the spray ball attachment into the barrel cover opening, then rotate the barrel to secure the lip against the WaSsher silicone base gasket. Fix the locknut and wrap the whole assembly down.
Attach the two ball-release quick-connect fittings to the gas inlet and outlet struts so that there are no entanglements in the silicone tube. Finally, flip the barrel and place the entire assembly in a standard 5 gallon bucket that contains 2 gallons of the preferred cleaning solution, then activate the pump. Now go get a beer and relax while the Keg WaSsher does the rest.
It is not necessary to disassemble or remove QD stations, immersion pipes or other fittings, all parts are cleaned in place.
No more extra-long cleaning brushes or elbow grease. Since we have designed this washer to fit it inside a 20 liter bucket, you can easily clean the drums in batches by installing a washing station with 3 separate buckets to perform cleaning, rinsing with fresh water and acidifying cycles of acids. All while leaving the washer attached to a single barrel, just jump from one bucket to another until the barrel is cleaned, sanitized and ready for use.
Since the Keg WaSsher requires only 8-9 liters of cleaning solution, the result is less chemical waste and less environmental impact than traditional cleaning methods.
