English – Strong Ale from Hopped Malt (Homebrewing Recipe)
Homebrewing recipe for Strong Ale from hopped malt. High-alcohol beer with intense aroma, featuring Cascade hops and bitter orange peel. Ideal for dry hopping enthusiasts.
Ingredients for 23 liters:

1 can Woodfordes Nelson Revenge (hopped malt)

1.5 kg light candy syrup

20 g bitter orange peel (infuse 20 min)

50 g Cascade hops (USA) for dry hopping
Yeast: 2 sachets LAX
Priming: 4 g/l
Instructions:

Infuse orange peel in hot wort for 20 min.

Add malt and hops as specified.

Ferment with LAX yeast and perform dry hopping with Cascade.

Bottle carbonate with 4 g/l sugar.
