Malt Muntons Chocolate.

Toasted malt at high temperatures, used to obtain dark beers bringing taste and body. With its characteristic bitter taste reminiscent of coffee, it is used in small quantities for Porter, Stout, Brown Ale and some Bitter beers.

Use per recipe: 10 to 20%
