The White Labs liquid yeast does not come from GMO products or their derivatives also avoiding contamination. Also they are certified by a thorough analysis of quality control. The White Labs yeast are prepared in new and innovative "PurePitch" packs, 35ml, prepared in recyclable flexible material that allows for breathability, reducing the accumulation of gases and maintaining the optimal environment for the yeast. Also with the new packaging the product has a longer shelf life. The PurePitch packages are obtained with the FlexCell process that allows not to expose the yeast and the environment by ensuring the purity of the product. WARNING: the yeast must be refrigerated before use. Remove the product from the refrigerator about two to six hours before use allowing to arrive at ambient temperature to avoid thermal shock when it will be used. Before opening the packaging it is good to clean the PurePitch package and disinfect scissors or any other object that is used for the opening. Once the liquid yeast opened pour the contents directly into the fermenter, do not require activation and the starter is optional, except in special cases as initial densities of 1070. ***THE YEASTS MAY BE AVAILABLE IN VIAL OR IN SACHET
