LALLEMAND YEAST CBC-1 
LALLEMAND CBC-1 is a special yeast specially selected for its fermentation properties, thanks to its high resistance to alcohol and pressure is recommended for beers with a high alcohol content (up to 12-14% ABV); does not produce aromas thus preserves the original character of the beer. The second fermentation (100%) can be completed within 14 days at 15-25 ° C with a 10gr.di of yeast inoculation rate per hectolitre of beer; inoculation is preferable to use sugars for priming. 

This particular log is highly recommended for the primary fermentation of high gravity ales and fruit beers.
