Weyermann Carafa Special type 3 wheat malt

Toasted and dehusked barley malt, thanks to this process the typical aroma of dark beers and their color is accentuated. It has less bitterness than toasted with Carafa malts thanks to the special deaeration process. Even using small amounts of Carafa Special malt, they produce very pleasant dark beers with a thick and creamy foam.
