Amber malt with honey-like notes, toasty cereal and biscuit flavour, stronger and more bitter than Cara Malt. The high kilning temperature brings an intensely golden colour and a bold malty profile. Ideal for enhancing body and depth in Bitters, Pale Ales and amber styles.
