Karkadè is obtained from dried red hibiscus flowers, as an ingredient in your beer it will amaze you with fresh and citrus aromas, rich in delicate floral notes and a slightly acidic taste.
To give an unusual color and character to your special beers, indicated in Weizen and Ale.
Use: for an intense aroma 250 gr. of flowers both in mashing and boiling, in beers from hopped extract prepare a separate infusion in 1 lt. of water, filter and mix in the must at the start of fermentation.
