Latest lager variety, straight from the Swiss alps. Produces lagers with high sessionability. Lagers in general are clean and slightly floral and fruity. With low ester production and good flocculation, it is an excellent option for a bottom fermented beer.
Technical data
We recommend using at least 50 g per hl of wort for a standard gravity beer (1.045). The pitch rate is between 100-150g/hl of wort.
