Styrian Kolibri was developed by the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and cultivated in Žalec. Craft breweries have found its floral notes very interesting.

Fruity: Black currant, blueberry, pineapple;

Floral: elderflower, geranium, rose, lemon balm;

Spicy: Pepper;

Citrus fruits: lemongrass, lemon, mandarin, ginger;

Herbs: marjoram, tea, green grass, tomato

ALPHA ACID: 4.8%
