These hopped malt extracts are available in an aluminum bag (doypack) and cold filled with the newest technologies in a protected atmosphere to provide the homebrewer with non-contaminated end products. The low temperature process maintains the delicate flavors and aromas traditionally lost during the pasteurization of cans due to prolonged heating and hot filling.
