It presents a strong attenuation and a great tolerance to alcohol so that it can handle alcohol content also around 14 ABV, as Tripel and Quadrupel.
the fermentation time for high-alcohol beers can be prolonged.
It is recommended a temperature range between 25 and 28 degrees to avoid stalling stages and a more expressive taste.

Can be fermented beers with OG of 1.050 can 'get to 1,010 in just 7 days (beware, this yeast can' keep working until reaching OG 1002-1005).
