Hop pellet APOLLO
The high alpha acid range of about 15% to 19% makes Apollo hops a perfect bittering agent in any style of IPA, especially Imperial IPA. It also gives off both earthy and citrusy aromas during the boil that add a wonderful touch of flavor to your bitter brew. Other bittering hops such as Columbus, Nugget, or Zeus can be used in place of Apollo, but add a different flavor profile. Because of their strength the use of Apollo pellet hops allows you to add less bittering hops overall.
