ELIXIR hops are an aroma hop that are typically used only in late boil additions, including dry hopping.


Elixir is a robust and complex hop that offers unique aromas of cognac, leather and tobacco. It has complementary aromas of sweet citrus and tropical fruits. Elixir is suitable for many brewing styles especially dark ales, but can also be incorporated into fruity styles or even spicy saisons.
