Experimental American hop among the most interesting and sought-after BRU 1


This hop has a marked fruity character that also offers clean bitterness (13-15% AA). BRU-1 has a high content of Myrcene oil which constitutes over 50% of the total oil and contributes with pineapple and stone fruit flavors supported by a soft spiciness. Pale Ale and IPA are the styles where it has been used the most, but can be used to create some funky Belgian styles.
