Instructions for use:
use for the final rinse. Before use remove food residues with a pre-rinse or pre-wash and, when necessary, pre-soak. Then wash and rinse the objects thoroughly with a good detergent and then apply drinking water.
Prepare a 15-25 ml solution of Star San HB ™ for 10 liters of water. Apply to the surface with a cloth, a rag, a sponge, or spray or immerse the object. Spray 15-20 cm away from the surface and rub with a brush, a cloth or a sponge (cover or move all food products). The surface must remain moist for at least 1 minute. Allow to dry. Close the container well after use and store it in a well-ventilated area.
