200 gr Pauls Crystal Medium

75 gr Chateau Black

MASH:

PROTEIN REST 52 ° C for 15 min.

MASH 66 ° C for 50 min.

MASH-OUT 78 ° C for 15 min.

Boiling:

25 gr HERSBRUCKER hops aa 3.2 (60 min)

20 gr HERSBRUCKER hops aa 3.2 (5 min)

For method e + g extract + grains replace Waizen hell and monaco with 3 kg of wheat liquid extract and 500gr dry light extract
