Weyermann Roasted Barley kg.5

Unmalted roasted barley, gives an intense roasted aroma and a taste of bitter coffee to dark beers. It is used in Porters and Stouts (3-7%) to bring the typical coffee taste, in dark beers it adds complexity (2-5%) and strengthens the color.
