Hop in pellets WILLAMETTE
Willamette is the most widely grown hops in the United States, originally released from the USDA breeding program in 1976. Its main use is as an aroma hops. Slightly spicy with floral and fruity notes, Willamette can be used in almost every style of beer, but is commonly used in English Ales, Golden Ales and Brown Ales. Both Fuggles and Tettnanger are good substitutes if you can not find Willamette.
