What you can expect is a wonderfully fragrant nose of tropical fruits and lime, floral, and fresh pine. This atypical aroma is best showcased in all styles of Ale from American to English and Belgian. The alpha acid range in the Aurora hop is usually from 6% to 9%, keeping the flavor bright without overshadowing the aromatic characteristics. Aurora’s parent hop, Northern Brewer can often be used in place of this fragrant hop in a pinch.
