With alpha acids ranging from 12% to 17%, it provides strong, clean bitterness, ideal for German-style Ales and Lagers. The combination of intense flavor and bitterness makes Herkules a popular choice for beers that require structure and character. It can be substituted with Hallertau Taurus or Warrior if needed.
