Château Red Intense is a special malt in grains, ideal for brewing red beers with a bright, vibrant color. Without the use of colorants, it provides a deep red hue to ales and lagers, enhancing complex and lasting malty aromas and flavors.

Thanks to its diastatic power, it can be used for up to 100% of the grist, making it highly versatile. It delivers a full body, low haze, and a consistent color range (34–38 EBC), ensuring a clear beer with a signature red tone.
