In some malts it is not mentioned sugar for fermentation. Why?

In 3 kg hops or in some special recipes it is not necessary to add the kg of sugar at the beginning of fermentation.

Having 3 kg of extract is easily reached the desired alcohol content.

Compared to the classic 1.5 - 1.8 kg kits, these "all malt" kits make the beer more full-bodied and taste more important.

Important to remember, however, that the sugar for priming / bottle must always be added for a correct carbonation according to the doses indicated in the catalog or in the site.
